Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WON Recruit, operated by World of NIL, Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.
Eligibility
WON Recruit is for student-athletes entering 9th grade or above and their parents or guardians. Athletes under 18 require documented parent or guardian consent before coach outreach features can be used. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and building an athlete profile.
Accounts and seats
Each subscription covers one athlete — one account, one athlete profile, one seat. Accounts are for a single user and support one active session at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the previous one. Sharing credentials across households is not permitted.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Founding-member pricing applies to the plan purchased and does not guarantee future pricing.
Email outreach and acceptable use
Recruiting emails send from the athlete's own connected Gmail account, authorized by the athlete (and, for minors, a parent or guardian). You are responsible for the content of emails you send. You agree not to use WON Recruit to send spam, bulk unsolicited email unrelated to athletic recruiting, or any unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content. We may suspend accounts that misuse outreach features.
No recruiting outcomes guaranteed
WON Recruit provides tools and information. We do not guarantee responses from coaches, roster spots, scholarships, admission, or any recruiting outcome. Coach and program information is compiled from public sources and verified on a best-effort basis; we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy at all times.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its data compilations belong to us or our licensors. Your athlete profile content belongs to you; you grant us the license needed to operate the service — including sharing your profile with the coaches you contact.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
